California Utilities To Buy Energy Back From Consumers, DER 02/24/10

The Daily Energy Report for Wednesday February 24 2010 discusses the lack of progress for 2009 Recovery Act weatherization programs, California has adopted a bill to allows utilities to buy up to 5% of their energy from consumers and Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu visits the Middle East.
